What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

What is your order cancellation policy?

Because we begin creating your personalized portrait almost immediately after purchase, cancellations must be requested within 30 minutes of placing your order. Please email us directly at support@kxxzshop.com within this timeframe, and we'll be happy to process a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders after this window as our artists will have begun the hand-drawing process.
